ASANA Team Housing Requirement
Participating teams must choose between one of the following requirements regarding hotel accommodations:

Teams must stay at the Tuscany Suites for a minimum TOTAL of 12 “room nights” between the dates of October 31- November 7, 2010 (this could mean 3 rooms for 4 nights, or 2 rooms for 6 nights or any other combination totaling 12 total room nights).

Teams can pay a $200.00 opt out fee to ASANA

Every team will be required to pay a hotel deposit which will be returned to the Team Manager by November 8th as long as 12-room night minimum is met. Thank you! For questions, please contact us.
